How to get email notifications of calendar updates

The WHS IMB uses a Google based calendar for sharing important dates with the community. Before completing the steps below, you will first need to follow the directions for adding the WHS Performing Arts calendar to your Google Account.  After the WHS Performing Arts calendar has been added to your Google account, you can follow the steps below…

Turning On Email Notifications for Calendar Updates

1. You’ll need to log in to your Google account and navigate to your Google calendar.
2. You will see the WHS Performing Arts Calendar under “Other calendars” in the lower left.
   
3. When you hover over the WHS Performing Arts Calendar item, you will see an options icon appear to the left as 3 vertical dots. Click on it and then click the “Settings” Option:

4. Scroll down to the section entitled “General notifications” and use the drop downs to change the settings from “None” to “Email” based on the updates you’d like to receive. The settings are automatically saved when you change each drop down.
